Access Log Manager
Access Log Manager - what function does it serve and how you'll be able to use the details you will find inside it.
An access log is a complete list of all the files that were accessed by the visitors of a particular website. Every single file which was requested for whatever reason shall be listed, so if you have a single page with three embedded pictures, one video and one embedded text file, for example, the access log will contain a total of 6 entries - one for every of the six files that were accessed when the site visitor opened the page. A log normally shows the file name and path, the date, plus the visitor’s Operating System, browser and IP address. Occasionally you could also find the referrer Internet sites that sent the visitors to your Internet site. The data an access log file provides is in human-readable plain text format. It can also be processed by special software on a laptop or computer and used to prepare reports on the functionality of a website, in addition to the web statistics that your server may have generated.

Access Log Manager in Website Hosting
If you acquire a
website hosting from our company, you will be able to determine if access logs have to be generated and for which domains or subdomains inside your account this must be done. You may enable this function from the Access/Error Logs section of the Hepsia CP, which comes with all shared accounts. Each
domain you host or subdomain you create will be listed there and you will see an On/Off option next to each of them, so you can quickly enable or disable the generation of access logs independently for each site that you have. You could save a log to your personal computer by clicking on the Download link that you will see in the exact same section of the Control Panel. The link will be available even after you disable the log generation, so you shall still have access to the data compiled by our system.
